Easley Central Water District

Our History

The Easley Central Water District has been providing water to our customers since 1962. The water district is divided into two separate district's. District one serves customers in the area located between the City of Liberty and the Town of Central. All water in district one is produced at our water treatment plant located at 990 Norris Highway, Central SC. District two serves customers in the area between the City of Easley and the City of Liberty. District two water is purchased from Combined Utilities in Easley SC.
